As from 15 March, grants for purchase of electrical delivery vans
On 15 March, the previously announced grant scheme Zero Emission Vans (SEBA) will open. This SEBA scheme aims at encouraging entrepreneurs to invest in zero emission vehicles. Do you wish to make your fleet sustainable? Don’t wait too long! We expect a lot of interest for this grant!

SEBA grant for sustainable fleet
Within the scope of the SEBA scheme, entrepreneurs and non-profit organisations can apply for a grant for the purchase of one or more new zero emission vans. The grant scheme focusses on zero emission vans that are solely powered by an electric motor in the vehicle classification N1 or N2 with a maximum weight of 4,250 kg.
Amount of the grant
For vehicles in the N1 classification, the grant to be obtained will be 10% of the net catalogue value, with a maximum amount of € 5.000 per vehicle. For vehicles in the N2 classification, the grant will be 10% of the sales price ex VAT, with a maximum amount of € 5.000 per van.
You can submit your grant application from 15 March onwards. Applications will be assessed in order of receipt. For 2021, a budget of € 22 million has been made available for this scheme and the scheme will close when the entire budget has been allocated. Until 2025, this scheme will open on a yearly basis with the budget to be decided on per year.
